The SIDEBAR

The more, the better.

SiteREADY went all in and it worked out.

Blog content

The owners of this Tampa-based Inc. 5000 technology consulting firm were looking for someone outsourced to lead their marketing. I asked them to let me earn their trust by starting with my bread and butter: content writing.

Meanwhile, I briefed my longtime graphic design partner and Kahawai co-founder, Roopa Bhopale, on the broader opportunity for us to manage their entire marketing strategy and production.

Social media

The starter pack also included social media management. A balance of created and curated content kept SiteREADY’s social feeds lively, engaging, and active in the world of corporate real estate.

Email Marketing

We helped build a monthly email campaign for SiteREADY from zero. The results were superb and enabled the sales team to easily identify and approach their warmest leads.

Long form and lead gen

With Kahawai and SiteREADY both growing, we expanded the scope to longer-form guides packaged into downloadable PDFs that inform like white papers and engage like infographics. We distributed each guide through targeted social ads, a custom landing page, and SiteREADY’s social media channels.

Print collateral

Kahawai kept SiteREADY’s Tampa headquarters stocked with all sorts of sales collateral, from fun-size infographics to traditional sell sheets to what was essentially an encyclopedia of the company’s services, processes and value propositions.

Brand growth

With a reliable agency producing quality, ongoing content, SiteREADY became the “it” brand in corporate real estate and workplace technology. We designed their entire trade show booth at the CoreNet Global Summit, used digital advertising to drive nearly 100 attendees to their first-ever webinar, redesigned their website, and transformed the office's hot desk area with a large logo mural.

The ultimate outcome.

The marketing foundation we laid and brand awareness we achieved led to more than we could have imagined. SiteREADY was acquired by and ultimately absorbed into CBRE, the world’s largest commercial real estate services firm, and now functions as CBRE’s Workplace Technology Services team.
